Hi guys, In this video I'm gonna show you how to create Glowing colour Splash effect using GIMP
Steps:
1. Open an Image
2. Duplicate it
3. Remove the Colors from the Bottom Layer
4. Add Lens Flare to the Top Layer
5. Select Blend Tool with Radial Shape
6. Use as I said in the Video Tutorial
