Hi Everyone, In this video I'm gonna show you how to create a neon light beams in GIMP
Steps:
1. Open an Image and Create new transparent layer
2. Select a brush
3. Change Foreground Color to White
4. Select Low Hardness Brush
5. Draw a Spiral Spline using Path Tool
6. Stroke Path
7. Add Neon
8. Delete Black Background
