How to Make Transparent Background using Layer Mask in GIMP





ntro:

Hi everyone, In this video I'm gonna show to how to remove background with Layer Mask and make it Transparent

Steps:

1. Add Layer Mask to the Image you need to Remove Background
2. Make Layer Mask Active
3. Change Foreground Color to White
4. Grab Brush Tool
5. Brush it over the Region to Remove
6. Change the Foreground Color to Black
7. Brush it over the Region that you mistakenly removed to get it back.

Note:

In Layer Mask White = Opacity, Black = Transparency
