How to turn Someone or Yourself into HULK in GIMP

Note:
Gimp is the perfect Alternative for Photoshop. So you can use this same method in Photoshop too.

Steps:

1. Add a new transparent layer
2. Select foreground color as green
3. Brush it over the Subject's Body
4. Make its Mode to Overlay
5. Duplicate it and reduce opacity according your Satisfaction
