Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) Effect in GIMP

Hi Everyone, In this video I'm gonna show you how to turn someone or yourself into Harley Quinn. Margot Robbie Harley Quinn Effect (Manipulation) in Gimp. We can also call it as Digital Cosplay

NOTE:
Gimp is the Perfect Alternative for Photoshop. So you can try this same method in Photoshop

Steps:

1. Harley Quinn's Hair
*Make the Hair to White
*Make the Right hand side Hair Color to Blue
*Make the Left Side Hair Color to Pink
*Center to Blonde

2. Harley Quinn's Shirt
*Change color to White
*Make the Top portion of the Shirt to Red
*Write 'Daddy's Lil Monster' on Shirt with Jezebel Pro font

3. Harley Quinn's Face
*Add new layer and brush the face with white.
*Blending Mode to Overlay and Duplicate it

4. Harley Quinn's Eyes and Lips
*New Layer and Draw the Outline of the Eye and Eyebrow
*Make Blending Mode to Grain Merge and use Smudge Tool
*Lips with Red Color with Burn Blending Mode

5. Accessories
*Download this image
*Add Baseball Bat, Heart Symbol and Eye Makeup to the Image

6. Retouching
*Change Color, Position etc.., if you want to
